10月24-28日，由中国微生物学会酿造分会、华中农业大学、意大利摩德纳•雷焦艾米利亚大学、四川省农科院等单位联合主办，湖北土老憨生态农业有限责任公司、山西老成醋集团有限公司承办的“2017•世界名醋品鉴培训班”在湖北宜都市举办。共有从事醋酸发酵研究的国内外30多名专家、学者及企业负责人参加，院加工所发酵与酶工程研究室的郑凤锦高级工程师参加了此次培训班。

       培训班上，湖北宜都市覃扬波副市长、湖北土老憨生态农业集团陈世贵董事长、华中农业大学陈福生教授分别致辞。培训班特别邀请了华中农业大学陈福生教授、意大利摩德纳•雷焦艾米利亚大学的国际醋酸菌首席专家保罗•朱迪西（Paolo Giudici）等专家作了“中国谷物醋的功能性成分”、“Sensory evaluation：a tool to satisfy consumers”、“Flavors and teste of Citrus bergamia vinegar”、“Free taste of vinegar. People are left totally free to taste different vinegar”等8个专题报告。由Paolo Giudici教授指导学员们进行食醋品尝培训，对意大利香醋、摩德纳醋、中国多款谷物醋、橘醋，及我院加工所研制的甘蔗醋等17个样品进行了感官品尝评价，并对甘蔗醋作了书面鉴定、提出了宝贵建议。
   
       培训班结束后，Paolo Giudici教授为学员们颁发了结业证书。借鉴了国外的品醋标准，有利于在国内形成一套通用的、实用的适合中国的品醋标准，便于推进中国制醋产业发展，提升影响力。
